Shipping & Return

We ship across India through registered and trusted courier companies such as Ekart Logistics, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, Delhivery, etc. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

We are currently unable to ship outside of India but are working towards making it possible soon. If you live outside of India and are interested in our products, please Sign Up and become an ATOB member to receive updates once we start shipping internationally.

SHIPPING CHARGES In most cases there is no additional Shipping charge on orders unless specifically mentioned at checkout after you confirm the shipping address for your order. In such cases, Shipping and handling rates would vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination.

PACKAGING STANDARD Each ATOB order is treated with utmost care and attention. Our three-step quality check before carefully packing your order ensures that you get a satisfactory and defect free piece from us. In an attempt to protect products from damages in-transit, we use premium packaging. We try to make a conscious effort to keep our packaging environmental-friendly and free from plastic. All our packaging material are paper based. Your orders are shipped in reusable mailer bags and this thoughtful service is provided to you and us by Ecovia in pursuit to reduce plastic waste generated from mailer bags and tape. Despite our best efforts, we understand that a product may reach you as damaged in-transit. In such a case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on: wecare@atobindia.com and we will provide a resolution within 24 business hours.

RETURN POLICY - ORDERS IN INDIA ATOB endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. If you have had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, then, you can raise a return request. Following a quality check, we shall offer you with a full refund. To be eligible for such a return of products, your item(s) must fulfil the following criteria: * The item(s) must be unused * The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in * The item(s) must be contained in the original packaging with the tags intact To return a product or report any damages in transit, please initiate the return via the RETURN section in your account page/ at the bottom of the 'My Orders' page within 7 days of delivery or write to our Customer Care within 7 days of delivery at wecare@atobindia.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item under consideration. Our team will look into the issue and respond to you within 2 business days. As a policy, we do not accept return or refund requests for orders that are delivered at the correct shipping address as per the order placed. Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. We are unable to offer refunds if: * an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided by the customer * if there are two (2) failed delivery attempts by the shipping company * the recipient refuses the order package * the product is returned in a used condition and has not been returned in its original packaging with tags.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Bengaluru, India. We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address, zip code and mobile number. Orders will be delivered by the shipping company to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. We ship all over India (Except for pin codes that are not serviceable by our courier service providers).

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY The shipping company will attempt to deliver the package two (2) times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

MODES OF PAYMENT All orders processed through our website are routed through third-party payment gateways that enable you to pay through your chosen payment method (credit card, debit card, netbanking, e-wallets or UPI). For orders within India, we accept the following payments modes: i) Credit cards (including RuPay, Mastercard, Visa and American Express) ii) Debit cards (including RuPay, Mastercard, Visa and American Express) iii) Net Banking iv) e-Wallets v) UPI For international orders, we accept the following payments modes: i) Credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa and American Express) ii) Debit cards (including Mastercard, Visa and American Express) iii) PayPal

DELIVERY TIME Domestic orders are delivered within 10-15 working days International orders are delivered within 15-25 working days

ORDERS AND TRACKING

How are orders placed on ATOB delivered to me? All orders placed on ATOB are dispatched through our courier partners including the likes of Ekart Logistics, Amazon shipping, Delhivery, FedEx, BlueDart, DHL, etc.

How can I get my order delivered faster? Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the delivery of order.

My money is debited but the order is not confirmed. In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens, the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.

Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing We offer free shipping for all orders across INDIA. We try to get your order to you as soon as possible. We take extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery aiming to have your order with you within 7 -15 business days. In case you have not received your order within the time frame mentioned at the time of placing the order, we request you to raise the concern by writing to us at wecare@atobindia.com. *Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

How do I track my order? Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message/SMS on your registered email ID and contact number with the tracking link. Should you have any questions about your order, we’re just a quick email away: wecare@atobindia.com

Where is my order processed from? Orders are processed from our warehouse in Bengaluru, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

Who will deliver my order? We ship through registered courier companies like Ekart logistics, Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, FedEx etc via Shiprocket’s shipping solutions. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and email us at wecare@atobindia.com.

PAYMENT

What should I do if my payment fails? In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However, if your amount has been debited, please do not retry. Chances are that your order has already been received by us.

My card payment is declined We would request you to check with your bank, in case of insufficient balance and/or if your card is currently valid. You could also try clearing your cache and reattempting with a different card or bank account or mode of payment.

Money is debited but I haven't received any confirmation? Please write to us at wecare@atobindia.com and share the payment details and the exact amount charged so that and we can quickly check at the payment gateway and get back to you accordingly.

Can I pay with 2 different credit cards? Unfortunately, we only accept one credit card for payment per order. However, if you wish, you could add all the products you like to your cart, and then purchase them in two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment

What are the accepted payment methods for international transactions? We accept the following modes of payment for international transactions: • Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa and American Express • PayPal

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order? If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway while making a single purchase, write to us at wecare@atobindia.com along with the screenshots of the transaction details, and we will resolve it for you. Our customer care team is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM till 6:30 PM IST.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Can I modify the products in my order after it has been placed? No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products once an order is placed. NOTE: Should you wish to cancel/modify your order, please inform the team via chat on the website, DM us on Instagram or write to us at wecare@atobindia.com

CREDIT NOTE AND VOUCHER

How do I use Credit Notes and Vouchers for making payments? Credit Note 1. To redeem a credit note, we request you to sign in/login to our website with your registered email Id. 2. Select products you wish to purchase. 3. Come to the checkout page. 4. Fill in shipping information. 5. Do not enter credit note details in the gift voucher box. 6. Come to the payment page. 7. You will see a checkbox which says to use credits worth XYZ amount. 8. Select that box and then complete the balance payment. Voucher To use your voucher for an online purchase, enter the voucher number in the box given on the right side of the shipping page and click on Apply. Further, make any balance payment online via credit/debit card or netbanking. Terms and conditions 1.Credit Note option will appear only when you are in the signed-in status 2. Do not copy-paste the credit note code to the gift card or discount code option 3. If your order value exceeds the balance amount on the credit note or the voucher, the balance must be paid at checkout 5. The same credit note can be used until the balance gets over 6. No two vouchers can be clubbed. However, you may club a voucher with a credit note 7. Vouchers will not be applicable during any periods of special pricing 8. Discount vouchers will not be applicable on limited edition 9. Validity of credit notes and vouchers cannot be extended 10. If the payment was made using a credit note, a refund against the purchase will be in the same form 11. The credit note/amount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to Bank

RETURN

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning any of your orders in the RETURN section of the Memeber Account page.

Is my purchase eligible for return, and how do I return my purchase? Incase you are not satisfied with the product quality or you have received a wrong product please feel free to raise a return request. Once your return request has been aproved by our team, a return pick up will be arranged and you will receive a full refund of your payment. Return Process: If you would like return your purchase, you will need to go through the following steps: a. Log-in to your ATOB account and go to the 'Return' section on the 'My Account' page or click on the Return link at the bottom of your Orders page. b. Please ensure the product is unused with its original packaging and tags intact. c.Please select the product you would like to return and initiate the process (by providing all the necessary details) within 7 days of delivery of the product. d. Once our team goes through your return request and approves it, a return pick-up will be sheduled and a full refund of your payment will be initiated. International shipments are not eligible for returns. Any products purchased on sale will not be eligible for any return/refund unless you have received them in a damaged condition.

When will I receive my refund? Once your return request has been approved and a return pickup has been sheduled (which may take 2-7 business days) your refund will be initiated. Once your refund is initiated, you should receive your refund in 1 to 10 business days. Incase you do not receive the refund within this time frame please write to us at : wecare@atobindia.com . We shall look into the issue and get back to you in 2 business days.

GIFTING

We encourage thoughtful use of packaging material and we try our best to not generate too much waste. That is why we keep our packaging simple. All of ATOB’s items come packaged in our signature black or ivory boxes with a ribbon added on top and these are good to go. However, if you are gifting to someone special and would like to include a beautifully handwritten message with your gift, we'll be more than happy to do so at no additional charge. Please write your message by clicking on the “Gifting?Add a special note” link at bottom of the 'My cart' page. We shall handwrite your special message and add it to the gift package.
